As a Product Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-centric experiences and evolve product flows. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and ensure design consistency across platforms while utilizing user insights to inform your decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize flows, focusing on creating new experiences and continuously evolving the current user experience
- Collaborate directly with Product Owners (POs) and Engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, perform design handoff, and present ideas to stakeholders
- Create and present wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to validate design decisions and inspire the wider organization
- Work with our Design System (a living system), ensuring consistency and actively collaborating in its evolution, as well as creating specific components
- Ensure designs maintain constancy and visual cohesion across all platforms
- Contribute and utilize insights from user research and data to inform all design decisions (data-driven mindset)
- Actively participate in user journey mapping, research, and analysis to develop a deep understanding of the customer and the product
- Continuously review and evaluate the live product to identify opportunities for enhancement
- Act as an ambassador for superior UX/UI standards during product forums and workshops
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Design, working on web and mobile products (responsive and adaptive design)
- Mandatory proficiency in Figma for creating, exploring, and prototyping design solutions
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator if necessary for designing icons and visual assets
- Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory, given the high level of collaboration with international teams and stakeholders
- Proven experience in usability, Information Architecture, user journey mapping, and user testing
- Practical knowledge of Design Systems or pattern libraries
- Solid understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD), Design Thinking, and accessibility standards
- Comfortable working with Agile development teams and, if necessary, remote teams
- Ability to be autonomous and proactive, while also being a strong team player
