The Senior UX Designer will shape the next generation of the trading platform by building experiences that enhance core business functions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and roll out innovative features that align with the company's vision and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with other designers, product managers, developers and end users to create innovative, clean, solutions
- Share ideas / prototypes / solutions with stakeholders and team members, as well as give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise the bar of quality in design
- Dig in deep to understand root problems that our clients are facing to be able to create simple, clean, solutions that elegantly solve those problems
Requirements
- Portfolio link with examples of previous work
- 4+ years of relevant design experience working in a relevant role
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment to iterate and ship work
- Excellent communication skills, including being comfortable presenting your ideas to other teams and departments
- Fluency in Figma with solid skills in solving problems, interaction design as well as visual design
- Good understanding of user-centred design principles
- Comfortable working with Design systems and reusable patterns
