Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop groundbreaking applications of Large Language Model (LLM) technology through beautiful and intuitive interface designs.
• Advocate for UX product strategy, design standards, and a consistent design language across Google.
• Foster a user-centric design culture, values, and principles within the group and across the broader organization to elevate the overall craft.
• Partner closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to grasp requirements and deliver creative and thoughtful solutions.
• Deliver high-quality design solutions that account for organizational and technical constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: 12 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Preferred: 3 years of experience working with executive leaders.
• Preferred: Experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Preferred: Experience in video creation, for professional or personal purposes.
