Sr. UX Designer

Okta Digital is seeking a Sr. UX Designer to join their team, focusing on innovative digital experiences and user-centered design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with brand objectives and deliver measurable results
• Ensure understanding of project briefs and ability to craft thoughtful design solutions
• Present and articulate rationale for ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Keep track of, summarize, and share Success metrics Post-launch
• Perform UX research to gather insights and inform design decisions

Requirements

• Advanced Technical Skills
• Expertise in modern UX tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Expertise with design systems and codebases to maintain consistency across projects
• Proficiency in research methods
• Ability to interpret user behavior data, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau), and raw data into optimized designs
• Knowledge of A/B testing and how to use data to validate hypotheses
• Strategic Visioning
• Experience in designing large-scale projects or enterprise-level products that require long-term thinking
• Ability to balance creative freedom with strategic priorities

• Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate complex data or insights into clear, actionable design decisions
