Onsite $60 - $75 Contract Senior

Design visually compelling and conversion-optimized assets across multiple channels. Collaborate with the creative team to elevate performance in campaigns by leveraging innovation and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling and conversion-optimized assets across multiple channels (social media, email, paid ads, lifecycle campaigns, and app graphics)
  • Participate in experimentation sprints and A/B testing to consistently iterate our designs based on data & performance
  • Adapt existing creative into multiple formats while maintaining consistency with Gametime’s brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with the Lead Graphic Designer and in-house designers on campaign execution and asset requests
  • Deliver high-quality files that are error-free, proofread, and optimized before handoff
  • Stay current on design trends in sports, entertainment, and digital marketing

Requirements

  • 5 years minimum experience as graphic designer working in-house, for an agency, or potentially freelance
  • Basic working knowledge of design principles
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design work (social, ads, lifecycle, or brand campaigns)

Key Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Familiarity in Figma and UX/UI conversion-driven design, including email marketing platforms (Braze is a plus!)
  • Comfortable with prompting and utilizing AI within design solutions (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, ChatGPT)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with key stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure
  • Proactive in identifying challenges and implementing solutions
