The UX Writer will interface with customers to provide support and resolution for routine problems regarding the client's products or services. Responsibilities include ensuring service meets KPIs, clarifying customer requirements, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Ensure service meets contractual KPIs.
- Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy.
- Greet customers courteously and professionally.
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
- Prepare complete and accurate work.
- Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Offer additional products and services.
- Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking database.
- Respond to customer inquiries by referring to published materials or more senior staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Multi-tasking skills with flexibility and adaptability.
- Patience in customer contact situations.
- Ability to work as a team member and independently.
- Based on location and/or program, additional experience/skills may be required.
