The UX Writer will proactively anticipate and resolve communication issues, ensuring content is clear and enhances user experience. They will develop and maintain the brand's voice and tone, creating a coherent narrative for products and collaborating with other teams.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and proactively resolve communication issues, ensuring clear and coherent user experience.
- Develop and maintain brand voice and tone, ensuring content evolves coherently and authentically.
- Create and manage a fluid and coherent narrative for products, ensuring relevance, logic, and attractiveness.
- Develop, update, and apply content guidelines, contributing to brand tone and voice evolution.
- Conduct A/B testing of texts to evaluate content effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product owners to understand user needs and improve content.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, Copywriter digital or similar roles.
- Knowledge of UX methodologies and Design Thinking.
- Experience with design and collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence.
- Experience in creating and writing digital content for users.
- Ability to adapt tone and voice based on context and user needs.
- Storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
- User-centered content design best practices.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail skills.
- Desirable: experience in mobile apps, digital products, or fintech/technology.
