UX Researcher

As a UX Researcher, you will design and execute studies to uncover insights and guide teams toward customer-centric decisions. You will advocate for the customer and communicate insights in engaging ways to inspire action.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute research across various methods, including interviews, usability tests, and surveys, to deliver timely and actionable insights
• Synthesize findings into clear recommendations that directly inform product and design decisions
• Enable rapid discovery and validation, ensuring teams can test and learn quickly
• Advocate for the customer by representing their perspective in design and delivery conversations
• Communicate insights in digestible ways—from reports to workshops—that inspire action
• Maintain empathy for users throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring decisions stay grounded in real needs
• Collaborate across disciplines, partnering with Designers, PMs, Engineers, and Data teams to triangulate insights and embed them into solutions
• Contribute to research operations, including participant recruitment, documentation, and upkeep of the insight repository
• Help scale research practices, streamlining processes so they are repeatable and accessible across teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Researcher in a tech or SaaS environment
• Experienced in qualitative and quantitative methods, and confident in guiding others to use them effectively
• Strong ability to frame research objectives that align with business priorities
• Excellent communicator—skilled at turning findings into engaging reports, presentations, and workshops
• Comfortable with customer recruiting and study logistics
• Collaborative and adaptable—you thrive in a consulting role, moving between teams and projects
• A portfolio, case studies, or examples of past work that demonstrate both executed research and the enablement of others
