Hybrid $85,400 - $140,900 Full-time

The UX Researcher will collaborate with various teams to define research goals and conduct studies that inform design decisions. They will analyze data and present findings to improve user experience across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with UX designers, CX team members, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define research goals
  • Plan and execute research studies, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, card sorting, diary studies, and heuristic evaluations
  • Analyze data, identify patterns, and synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Present research findings to cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Support development of personas, customer journeys, and service blueprints
  • Maintain research artifacts and contribute to a growing research repository
  • Champion the voice of the user across the organization
  • Help establish UX research best practices, tools, and frameworks

Requirements

  • Proven experience conducting end-to-end research in a digital environment
  • Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Experience working with tools such as UserTesting, Figma, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, Information Design, or a related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in UX research or a similar role
