As a Senior UX Researcher, you will own and execute high-level strategic discovery pieces and manage the research roadmap for your product area. You will navigate the complexities of B2B2C research and champion a user-centric culture.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute high-level strategic discovery pieces
- Own the research roadmap for your product area
- Navigate the complexities of B2B2C, researching business partners and end customers
- Champion a user-centric culture
- Build a better research function, contributing to ResearchOps
- Work closely with Product, UX Designers, and the wider teams
- Actively coach junior team members and help product and design colleagues grow
Requirements
- Technically excellent, master of mixed-methods research
- Ability to bring different data streams together to tell a cohesive story
- Influence and guide executive-level stakeholders
- Deliver relevant and effective insight under varying project constraints
- Highly independent researcher, comfortable owning the entire research lifecycle
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
