Lead research initiatives across cross-functional teams to influence product vision and roadmap decisions. Conduct mixed-methods research to understand user behaviors in contract workflows and present findings to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives across cross-functional teams, identifying critical assumptions and delivering insights
- Partner with product, design, and engineering leaders to break down complex business challenges
- Lead mixed-methods research including in-depth interviews, usability studies, and co-design workshops
- Conduct research across diverse product areas, exploring solutions to real user problems
- Orchestrate research activities across product teams, managing logistics and participant coordination
- Craft compelling narratives that synthesize insights from multiple sources, presenting findings to stakeholders
- Help shape research practice by establishing frameworks and processes
- Create systems for capturing and sharing research insights
Requirements
- 8+ years of user research experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record of influencing product strategy and building consensus with executive stakeholders
- Deep expertise applying diverse research methodologies throughout the product cycle
- Ability to work independently across multiple teams
- Strategic mindset connecting research findings to product narratives and business outcomes
- Strong facilitation skills
