As a UX Researcher, you will conduct both quantitative and qualitative research to support product strategy and roadmap. You will work with cross-functional teams to design new products and experiences while serving as the voice of the customer across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead impactful research end-to-end: Plan and execute generative and evaluative studies from start to finish.
- Champion the user experience: Deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and emotions by applying research methods and leveraging metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with designers, product teams, and data scientists to ensure user insights shape design decisions and business strategy.
- Create a culture of curiosity: Involve colleagues in the research process and offer ways to connect with members firsthand.
- Strengthen the UXR practice: Help grow research capabilities and contribute to the team’s vision and impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of research experience in UX research with skills across quantitative and qualitative research.
- Engaging storyteller with a talent for turning insights into compelling narratives.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional teams.
- Lifelong learner with a natural curiosity and openness to feedback.
- Impressive portfolio showcasing thoughtful, impactful work demonstrating process and influence on product decisions.
