You will advise development teams on user-oriented development and specific UX research needs throughout the product strategy and development process. Your goal is to understand user behavior and needs based on reliable data to enable user-centered decisions in product development.
Responsibilities
- Advising development teams on user-oriented development and specific UX research needs along the product strategy and development process
- Examining assumptions based on data, selecting suitable research methods and analysis procedures, and documenting and communicating the findings
- Working with colleagues from interdisciplinary development teams and their stakeholders to integrate the user perspective into the product strategy and development process
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Psychology, Market Research, or Human Factors, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant experience as a UX researcher in various contexts in the B2B sector and agile software development
- Ability to recognize research questions and select and implement current, meaningful UX research methods and data analysis procedures
Key Skills

- Proficiency in professional handling of current software for conducting and evaluating qualitative and quantitative studies, as well as statistical analysis of quantitative data
