As a User Experience Researcher, you will influence stakeholders and drive ideas to improve products through research-driven insights. You will oversee project priorities and lead teams to evaluate product and service impacts.
Responsibilities
- Influence stakeholders to gain support for research-based solutions
- Own project priorities and oversee resource allocation
- Drive ideas to improve products and services through research-driven insights
- Lead teams to define and evaluate product impact
- Analyze and synthesize user, product, and business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in an applied research setting
- Experience with research methods
- Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field (preferred)
- 3 years of experience working with executive leadership (preferred)
Key Skills
- Research methods (e.g., usability, studies, contextual inquires, 1:1 interviews)
- Experience working with AI tools and living with AI experiences
- Experience working on Wearables
