The Senior Product Designer will own the strategy for customer research and lead the design process from ideation to implementation. They will collaborate with various teams to ensure design solutions meet user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and plan for customer research, including in-depth user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
 - Analyze and synthesize user research insights to inform product and engineering plans.
 - Lead the design process from ideation through final implementation, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
 - Work closely with product managers, engineers, and commercial and clinical team members to ensure alignment with business goals.
 - Continuously test, measure, and iterate on designs based on user feedback and product performance.
 - Present and communicate design concepts and decisions to ensure alignment and understanding across leadership and peers.
 
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience, preferably in digital healthcare solutions.
 - Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
 - Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
 - Extensive experience conducting user research (qualitative and quantitative) and usability testing.
 - Familiarity with healthcare workflows, clinical environments, and the challenges clinicians face.
 - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present design concepts clearly.
 - An ownership mindset and independent self-starter, with a bias for action and progress over perfection.
 
Key Skills
