You will lead the design of C3 AI applications, defining user experience and product vision while collaborating with leadership and engineering teams. Your role involves understanding customer issues and delivering innovative solutions for effective business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Involved at every stage of design work, helping define early concepts, build out end-to-end workflows and execute well thought through designs
- Promoting design insights and driving the adoption of design best practices across the organization
- Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices – especially within Generative AI
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a design related field
- At least 12 years of experience delivering compelling new experiences to market
- Proven track record of shipping successful products who can balance a strong product vision with practical decision-making
- Advanced understanding of design systems and UI/UX principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to pixel perfection and holistic user experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
