As a product designer at Tapestry, you will design and build innovative products for the energy industry, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create intuitive AI-driven tools.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the end-to-end design process, translating ambiguous problems and complex user needs into concrete, innovative solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, power systems, product, research, and other cross-functional teams to define product strategy and co-create solutions
- Champion user needs through continuous research, testing, and iteration, and advocating for user-centric approaches
- Drive design coherence and elevate quality by establishing, maintaining, and evolving the comprehensive design system
- Own design deliverables from concept to launch, balancing product requirements, technical constraints, and stakeholder needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with a compelling portfolio showcasing work on shipped enterprise products
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end design for large, complex products in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Deep expertise in interaction design, visual design, and user experience principles
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Proactive, builder mindset with a desire to influence the design process and culture
- Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing
- Experience designing features that leverage AI capabilities
