The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for the design process from research to feedback and testing. They will translate research into user flow diagrams, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes while collaborating across teams to enhance digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design process from Research, Design, and Feedback/Testing.
- Translate research into User Flow Diagrams, Wireframes, Mockups and Interactive Prototypes.
- Contribute to product roadmap planning.
- Collaborate across teams to transform common user activities into simple and enjoyable digital experiences.
- Maintain both platform-wide and product-wide Design Systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- At least 3+ years working in a UI/UX design role.
- Strong understanding of Figma for designing user interfaces and user experiences.
- Portfolio of work demonstrating UI/UX experience and understanding.
- Basic knowledge in developing flow charts around user workflows.
- Ability to understand and balance the needs of the business and different levels of product users.
- Comfortable working closely and clearly communicating with different teams in a professional setting.
Key Skills
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of responsive design and developing interfaces that scale across multiple devices.
