The UI/UX Designer will work with UX Directors and the web development team to design and optimize digital projects, including websites and mobile applications. They will create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Work with UX Directors and the Web development team to design, extend and optimize all digital projects such as website, mobile APP, e-shop, and interactive experience
- Create clear and pixel perfect designs across digital projects
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Prepare prototype, mock-ups, final artwork or test layouts/pages as needed for presentations and approvals
- Design Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging content
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Photoshop
- User Interface (UI) Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- User Experience (UX) Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction
- Exceptional design, artistic, typographic, layout, and compositing abilities
- Expert knowledge of current web design principles
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Clear and concise communication style
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
