Freelance Graphic Designer

The Mid-Level Graphic Designer will produce visually engaging designs for marketing campaigns and brand assets. This role involves collaboration with art directors and cross-functional teams to enhance the company's omni-channel presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop print and digital designs that support marketing campaigns, ensuring on-brand visuals and accurate production files.
• Create and prepare digital assets (email campaigns, display ads, social media content, broadcast graphics) and print materials (flyers, posters, in-store signage).
• Maintain and reinforce brand identity across all touchpoints and channels.
• Partner with art directors, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align design outcomes with campaign goals.
• Balance multiple design requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio that includes both print and digital work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong aesthetic judgment, typography, and layout skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong collaboration.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in print and digital design.
• Technology: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
