Mid to Senior Product Designer

Lead the design of the product from initial concept through to polished release, owning the entire research, UX, and UI process. Champion user needs by understanding the distinct requirements of patients, clients, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the design of the product from initial concept through to flows, wireframing and polished release
- Champion users by deeply understanding their needs
- Work in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing and Client Services teams
- Lead the visual craft of the product and shape a cohesive brand identity
- Take ownership of the existing design system, driving its evolution and improving design workflows
Requirements
- A few years of experience shipping products to real users, ideally across mobile and web
- Can see the bigger picture, designing flexible and cohesive systems
- Pragmatic, balancing speed with quality and craft
- Autonomous, comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving
- Driven by Fertifa's mission with empathy for users
- Collaborative with an outcome-oriented mindset
- Thoughtful partner to engineering with a sense of technical feasibility
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools (particularly Figma)
- Previous experience in a high-growth start-up or scale-up (desirable)
- Previous experience in healthcare or with sensitive personal data (desirable)
