The Product Designer will create user-friendly and visually appealing design solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will apply user research insights to inform design decisions and develop prototypes and wireframes.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design process by creating user-friendly and visually appealing solutions
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers
- Apply user research insights, personas, and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
- Develop prototypes, wireframes, and mockups
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
- Support the maintenance of the design system
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer
- Proficiency in Figma
- Passion for design
- Solid knowledge of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and web design basics
- Familiarity with typography, color theory, and creating visually appealing, user-friendly designs
- Understanding of user-centered design processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfort with working in a dynamic environment
- Receptiveness to feedback
- Strong organizational skills
Key Skills
- Experience designing interfaces for site builders or similar tools
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Familiarity with creating customizable templates or themes
- Experience designing for multi-language and localization support
- Knowledge of UX research methods like usability studies or task analysis
- Exposure to designing drag-and-drop interfaces or onboarding flows tailored to various user personas
