As a Lead Product Designer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design process, ensuring user-centered solutions that scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that enhance user engagement and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end design process
- Drive clarity by distilling complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions
- Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors
- Develop user-centric designs balancing business goals, technical constraints, and best practices
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define priorities and refine designs
- Facilitate co-creation workshops, ideation sessions, and design sprints
- Test and iterate designs rapidly using qualitative and quantitative insights
- Integrate AI-powered features into the user experience
- Advocate for design excellence and contribute to the design system
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design
- A strong sense of ownership and strategic mindset
- Deep expertise in UX/UI design
- Proficiency in Figma
- Collaboration skills with engineers
- Proactive approach to integrating AI-powered experiences
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
