- Lead the end-to-end design process, collaborating cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, refining and enhancing features through user research and usability testing.
- Maintain and advance design systems and component libraries, advocating for UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards.
- Stay at the forefront of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, continuously sharpening skills and evolving approach.
Requirements
- Experience in product or UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, interaction design, and visual storytelling.
- Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Comfortable with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements.
- Thrive in an Agile, cross-functional environment, working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a growth mindset and curiosity about emerging design trends.
