Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery, iterating quickly based on real usage data and team feedback. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate real-world user needs into effective design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery
- Design user-friendly experiences across marketing site, web application, and documents
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Run usability tests and gather feedback
- Simplify complex data and workflows
- Review engineering PRs to ensure designs are built accurately
Requirements
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Expert in Figma from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
- Comfortable validating designs through user research and usability testing
- Experience with complex problems and designing for diverse users
