The role involves creating and managing high-quality visual assets for retail and digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards. It includes collaboration with various internal teams and external partners to support campaign execution and maintain brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of producing and managing visual assets across retail and digital channels.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure content is delivered on time and aligns with brand standards.
- Develop and deliver high-quality visual assets for retail and wholesale environments (in-store signage, window displays, POS, OOH and event materials) as well as for supporting digital channels.
- Prepare print-ready files for brochures, catalogues, outdoor/OOH posters, and other physical media, ensuring technical accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Art Director and other internal teams to ensure assets meet brand guidelines and are delivered on time.
- Provide ad-hoc creative support across the business, assisting team members with digital, social or campaign assets when needed.
- Maintain and implement brand visual guidelines across all materials to ensure a consistent, premium expression of the brand.
- Keep up to date with design, e-commerce, print production, and industry trends to enhance the brand’s visual presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in a creative agency or in-house role within interior or fashion.
- Proven track record in producing retail, e-commerce, print, and digital assets.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.).
- Solid understanding of branding, typography, color, composition, and layout principles.
- Knowledge of print production processes, including preparing print-ready files, bleed, crop marks, and vendor specifications.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Key Skills
- Skills in video editing and motion graphics to enhance digital campaigns, and social media.
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics for social media and digital campaigns including tools such as After Effects and Premiere.
