The Marketing Graphic Designer will conduct regular competitive analysis and research, analyze test results, and formulate hypotheses based on analytics. They will also collaborate with the marketing team to initiate new ideas and execute tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Conduct competitive analysis and research on a regular basis (weekly).
- Analyze results of previous week's tests: assess effectiveness, identify growth points.
- Formulate hypotheses based on analytics and market observations.
- Make strategic proposals for marketing activities for the current week.
- Set and complete tasks – both personal and from the marketing team.
- Initiate new ideas and formats: discuss with the team and test.
- Collaborate with the creative marketer in generating and implementing new approaches.
- Work in a dynamic mode: quickly adapt to results, new inputs, and priorities.
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience creating static creatives in Figma.
- Understanding of composition, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of marketing design and creating visually impactful content for the target audience.
- Ability to work quickly and autonomously in an intensive environment with deadlines.
- Experience in team collaboration with marketers and other departments, cross-functional interaction.
- Attention to detail, high level of self-organization, and time management.
- Experience with AI tools for generating static and video materials.
- Basic skills in Adobe After Effects.
- B1 or higher level of English.
