The Graphic Designer will develop creative custom mockups for clients and create detailed tech packs for production. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure designs align with brand aesthetics and production feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop full creative custom mockups for clients, aligned with brand guidelines and customer requirements.
- Create embroidery mockups, placement diagrams, and colorway visualizations.
- Collaborate with Creative and Custom Managers to refine and finalize client designs.
- Build accurate, detailed tech packs for custom projects, including specifications, materials, colors, and Pantone callouts.
- Maintain and update Nomadix standard product tech packs for production.
- Prepare production-ready files for packaging, labels, and hangtags.
- Partner with the production team to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility in designs.
- Work with the Creative and Custom teams to align custom designs with the overall brand aesthetic.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, product design, or technical design (soft goods/apparel/accessories preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of embroidery design preparation and print production processes.
- Experience creating detailed tech packs and production documentation.
- Knowledge of packaging design and dyeline preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and file management skills.
- Ability to balance creative vision with practical production constraints.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Key Skills
- Experience with sustainable materials and design.
- Understanding of textile printing methods, color matching, and Pantone systems.
- Mockup rendering experience.
