Develop visual identities and create digital content for various platforms while ensuring visual coherence across all deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and adapt designs that align with business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop visual identities, logos, and branding aligned with Finsolutia’s values and positioning
- Create digital content for social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital ads
- Design and deliver materials for corporate events ensuring consistency and storytelling
- Guarantee visual coherence across all deliverables
- Apply balanced composition, clear hierarchy, and thoughtful use of space and color
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, IT)
- Ensure organized workflows — well-structured files, layers, and nomenclatures
- Innovate by testing new tools, workflows, and approaches
- Create and adapt presentations, decks, and sales materials
- Support with motion graphics and animation for multimedia projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar
- 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design roles (agency, corporate, or consulting environment)
- Experience or interest in working with financial, technological, or corporate clients
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse and high-quality design work with storytelling and strategic alignment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus)
- Familiarity with no-code tools (Canva Pro or similar) is valued
- Solid understanding of design principles (typography, color, composition, layout)
- Ability to adapt style to different audiences, formats, and brand universes (digital and print)
- Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
- Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to innovate beyond pure aesthetics, with a functional and strategic approach
- Growth mindset: open to feedback, eager to learn, and proactive in bringing fresh ideas to the table
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a team-player attitude
- Resilient, agile, and comfortable working in dynamic environments
Key Skills
