The Graphic Designer will work onsite full-time, producing brand guidelines and preparing files for various formats. They will collaborate with teams across the business to create effective designs that support business needs.
Responsibilities
- Working onsite with the team full-time.
- Producing brand guidelines and preparing files for print, packaging, and digital formats.
- Designing clear and effective visual assets aligned with brand standards.
- Supporting day-to-day design requests across the business.
- Collaborating with teams across marketing, operations, and other functions.
Requirements
- A portfolio showing strong visual judgment and design fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator, with Photoshop skills.
- Experience with print and packaging design.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace.
- A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach.
- Happy to be onsite in Southampton full-time, especially in the early phase.
