Senior Associate - Motion Graphic Designer

Create and deliver high-quality motion graphics for social media campaigns while collaborating with design and content teams. Stay updated on trends and adapt designs based on feedback to maintain quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create, animate, and deliver high-quality motion graphics for social media campaigns, ensuring that content is visually engaging and on-brand.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to conceptualize motion concepts that enhance the storytelling and overall campaign objectives.
• Stay updated on motion design trends, tools, and social media best practices to keep the agency’s work fresh and contemporary.
• Adapt and iterate on designs quickly based on feedback, while maintaining consistency and quality across all outputs.
• Work across a variety of formats, from short-form social content to GIFs, videos, and interactive animations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of industry 3D design and compositing experience.
• Competency with particle and/or shader effects. Houdini is a plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating quality of craft and breadth of experience in 3D and product oriented design.
• Comfortable transitioning fluidly between or combining 2D and 3D design tasks.
• Presentation design skills, particularly in Google slides.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and with shifting priorities.
• Experience contributing to design projects from ideation to creation through implementation.
• Demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to continue learning.
• Calm and confident in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration, organization, and self-motivation skills.
• 2-3 years in professional motion design.
• Good communication skills (preferably in English).
• Ability to represent the company in client conversations.
• Ability to receive feedback and ask the right questions to the client to get more clarity on next steps.
• Desire to continue to grow skillset with ongoing education and training.

Key Skills

• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
