Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create high-quality creative assets for events and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include designing event graphics and marketing collateral while ensuring brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to design photo booth overlays, custom backdrops, and booth wraps to spec for print.
• Create digital interfaces (touch screens, event-specific branding).
• Ensure all designs are print-ready and aligned with vendor requirements.
• Support marketing campaigns with graphics for social media posts, reels, email headers, and landing pages.
• Design sales decks, one-pagers, and case study templates for the sales team.
• Assist with ad creative (Meta/Google ads visuals).
• Assist with designing and building new webpages in our website.
• Maintain and evolve our brand style guide across all channels.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align visual content with campaign goals.
• Use Asana for task tracking and deadlines.
• Maintain an organized design library (templates, overlays, brand assets) for easy reuse.
• Collaborate with attendants and VAs to repurpose event footage into engaging content.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional design experience (preferably supporting events, marketing agencies, or B2B).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva Pro.
• Experience preparing files for large-format print production (backdrops, wraps).
• Strong digital design skills: overlays, social media content, email graphics.
• Familiarity with video basics (motion graphics, reels editing in Premiere Pro/After Effects) a plus.
• Experience in editing photos using Adobe Lightroom or similar.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and turn around event graphics quickly (often within 24–48 hrs).
