The Graphic Designer will develop engaging visual concepts and handle the end-to-end execution of projects for multi-channel marketing campaigns. They will ensure branding consistency and collaborate with team members to produce creative deliverables that meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging visual concepts and creative deliverables for multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Handle end-to-end execution of projects involving brand design, copy, digital technology, and layout
- Work on various formats including print materials, digital ads, email blasts, social content, screensavers, signage, and more
- Translate strategic goals and client needs into visual solutions that are both creative and effective
- Ensure consistency in branding across all materials and platforms
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute actionable, innovative ideas
- Collaborate with vendors when needed for print production
- Maintain flexibility and autonomy while meeting deadlines and project expectations
- Optional: Support motion design efforts if you have animation skills (a plus)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design (flexible depending on portfolio strength)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Solid portfolio showcasing a variety of work including logos, brand systems, digital ads, print, and social media content
- Experience working with established brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and design principles
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Clear communicator with a collaborative, solution-oriented attitude
- English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory
