The Graphic Designer will create visual content for various platforms and manage social media presence. They will collaborate with team members to meet project scopes and deadlines while analyzing performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Create Visual Content: Design graphics for web, print, and social media platforms
- Manage Social Media: Schedule posts, engage with communities, and maintain brand presence
- Optimize Content: Refine marketing materials to align with client goals
- Implement Strategies: Execute technical solutions guided by Account Managers
- Analyze Performance: Generate reports and insights on design and social media metrics
- Setup Tools: Assist with onboarding and configuring design/social media platforms
- Collaborate: Work closely with team members to meet project scopes and deadlines
- Learn & Grow: Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve your skills
- Prioritize Tasks: Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Use Project Management Tools: Maintain tasks within systems like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, social media, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills across email, chat, and calls
- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail
- Goal-oriented and highly organized
- Proactive and collaborative team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Respectful and reliable in team interactions
- Positive attitude and adaptability
Key Skills
- Proficient in Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
- Skilled in video editing (Canva, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Experienced in project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
- Editorial calendar planning and publishing workflows (social media, web, YouTube)
- Blog/article writing using AI tools and Grammarly
- Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Dall-E)
- Social media video marketing (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
- Email marketing (MailChimp, Brevo, Constant Contact)
- Paid ads management (META, Google, TikTok, Bing)
- Motion graphics or animation
- Advanced photography and photo editing
- UI/UX design principles
- Community management tools (HubSpot, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Content strategy development
