Associate - Graphic Designer

As an Associate, you will manage the execution of digital asset organization and collaborate with global content delivery managers. Your role includes generating visual concepts, revising designs based on feedback, and ensuring effective and on-brand final graphics.

Responsibilities

• Managing the execution of digital asset organization, verification, storage, and cataloguing within the Content Centre DAM platform.
• Collaborating with global and regional content delivery managers to coordinate content that meets customer expectations.
• Generating visual concepts based on client requirements, revising designs based on feedback, and ensuring final graphics are effective and on-brand.
• Working on digital media designs and infographics to build impactful marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Typically, at least 3-5 years in graphic design or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques.
• Strong project management skills, with expertise in balancing multiple projects.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive adoption/compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience completing marketing projects from conception to production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
• Ability to work well with others and build outstanding/innovative outputs with minimal mentorship.
