The Graphic Designer/Photographer will create compelling visual content for digital and print media, enhancing brand identity and communicating quality and innovation. Responsibilities include designing marketing materials, managing photography projects, and collaborating with teams to execute creative campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce a wide variety of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, presentations, social media graphics, email templates, and website visuals
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in all visual communications
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with business objectives
- Create visually engaging content that simplifies complex technical information for our target audience
- Stay up to date with industry trends and design tools to keep our brand fresh and innovative
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photographs of our products, manufacturing processes, and company events
- Maintain and organize a digital library of all photos and graphic assets
- Edit and retouch images to meet brand standards and ensure professional quality
- Create short videos or animations for social media and website use, when applicable
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and communicating progress effectively
- Present creative concepts and final designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Work with external vendors (printers, sign makers, etc.) to ensure the quality of final products
- Other duties as directed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Photography, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and photography, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment
- Proven proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and photographic work
- Experience with professional photography equipment and studio lighting
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic
