Graphic Artist

ALL FOR ONE Studio seeks a Mid to Senior Graphic Designer to create 2D graphics and assets for casino games, focusing on game design and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• 2D Art and Illustration: Create compelling and visually appealing concept art, characters, environments, and assets for slot games.
• UI: Deep understanding of UI/UX, ability to work with fonts, create icons, logos and other UI elements for the game.
• Art Direction: Collaborate with the Creative Manager to ensure a consistent and cohesive visual style across all projects.
• Asset Creation: Creating visually engaging 2D illustrations (including symbols, backgrounds, UI elements, characters, etc), adapting to established styles, and developing complete game visuals from concept to final render.
• Technical proficiency: Understanding how to handover files to production team with correct technical requirements.
• Feedback and Iteration: Incorporate feedback from the stakeholders to refine and improve artwork.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and tools to ensure our artwork remains competitive and innovative.
• Collaboration: Work closely with game designers, production artists, developers, and other team members to ensure that the visual elements of the game enhance the overall player experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a 2D artist in the iGaming industry or a similar field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of 2D artwork, including character designs, environments, UI elements, game assets created from scratch.
• Proven experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong illustration skills with a sharp eye for detail, color, and composition.
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling and slot game art production.
• Experience designing visuals for online casino games, with attention to cross-platform optimization, performance and file efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to articulate artistic vision, give and receive constructive feedback.
• Highly organized and efficient; able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering polished, high-quality work.
• Capable of working independently and prioritizing effectively.
• A visually-driven problem solver, with a passion for enhancing game design through artistic innovation.
• Proficiency with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Leonardo AI, Stable Diffusion, Firefly) to enhance creative output and workflow efficiency.
• Must be open to relocation to Tallinn, Estonia.
