You will work on large digital customer journeys through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, representing the voice of the customer. You will design and deliver user-centered artefacts while advocating for user experience within your teams.
Responsibilities
- Work on large digital customer journeys through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Represent the “voice of the customer” in your team(s) and at senior levels
- Defend the user centred development of digital concepts and solutions and guard the quality during the delivery process
- Design and deliver user centred and user experience artefacts
- Initiate and execute research and data collection aimed at discovering and validating underlying customer insights, wants and needs
- Test and optimise concept designs and can “kill your darlings” based on the outcome
- Act as well voiced advocate for user experience within your team(s), increase engagement and business understanding of the value and benefits of design
- Communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, and design rationales clearly
Requirements
- Graduate of a University (MA) or University of applied Arts (BA) in a digital design related field
- At least 5 years of relevant digital design experience
- Strong and creative digital portfolio with examples of work in both interaction and user experience design
- Advanced knowledge on design techniques and subjects such as information architecture, task-flow models, UI specs, design specs, wireframing, prototyping and user-centred design
- Thorough experience in designing for mobile/tablet devices
- Expertise in designing for accessibility (A11Y)
- Broad understanding, skill and experience in setting up and conducting user research
- Expert skills and extensive experience in working with design tooling: Figma and Maze
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a nice to have
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
