Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will design and produce sophisticated marketing collateral while collaborating with brokers and marketing team members to elevate the visual strategy of each assignment. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously and translating complex data into visually engaging deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce sophisticated marketing collateral, including offering memorandums, pitch books, tour books, presentations, signage, and digital content.
• Collaborate with brokers and marketing team members to understand project objectives and elevate the visual strategy of each assignment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization and attention to deadlines.
• Translate complex property and market data into visually clear, engaging deliverables.
• Perform advanced photo retouching, floor plan edits, and occasional illustrative elements as needed.
• Support junior designers and share best practices within the team.
• Partner with local and national marketing teams to maintain consistency with Stream’s brand standards while applying creative flexibility for the market.
• Contribute to visual assets for events, social campaigns, and corporate branding efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably in commercial real estate, professional services, or agency environments.
• A portfolio that demonstrates design sophistication, versatility, and strategic thinking.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work efficiently, take direction, and collaborate in a team environment.
• Experience preparing print-ready files and working with print vendors.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A customer-service mindset and eagerness to support internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and project management technology platforms.
