Graphic Designer (Presentations)

The Graphic Designer will utilize tracking software for presentation work and ensure the appropriate completion of job tasks throughout the task lifecycle. Responsibilities include creating and editing presentation materials, meeting deadlines, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Utilize appropriate logs/tracking software for presentation work
• Assess job requests and ensure appropriate completion of tasks
• Perform presentation design, including creating pitch books and materials
• Edit, proof, create, or complete presentation requests to client satisfaction
• Demonstrate proficiency in necessary equipment/technology/software
• Communicate with team members, lead, supervisor, or client on job or deadline concerns
• Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery
• Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems
• Foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client
• Perform Quality Assurance on own work and/or work of others
• Adhere to Williams Lea Tag policies and client policies
• Use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of presentation experience in legal, banking, or large corporate environment
• Skilled in MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Familiar with Adobe PDF & Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Able to meet deadlines and complete projects timely
• Ability to handle sensitive/confidential documents
• Good problem-solving skills
• Professional communication skills
