Graphic Designer - Baseball

Hybrid $75,000 - $95,000 Full-time

The designer will create brand creative and brand stories across global campaigns, focusing on large 360 brand design content. They will work closely with a talented team to push the brand into new directions and build connections with consumers and fans globally.

Responsibilities

  • Help create work for a major player in the sports space
  • Work on building brand creative and brand stories across global campaigns
  • Create large 360 brand design content for a major brand
  • Push the brand into a new direction that builds a new base of consumers and fans globally
  • Work with a very tight-knit and talented team
  • Follow existing brand guidelines and toolkits with the eye to push them in directions they arenโ€™t looking

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing creative assets
  • Strong attention to detail; pixel perfect perfectionists preferred
  • Very strong animation and motion skills
  • Strong proficiency with Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop (Bonus points for Premiere, DaVinci, Blender)
  • Can quickly pick up and follow brand visual identities/rules, and understand how they work so you can create room for innovation between the prescribed rules
  • Familiarity with design rules, graphic design, motion graphics and popular editing trends and executions
  • Must work well with others, both socially and in craft; must know how to format working files for easy sharing and pickup between team members, and exporting assets for easy integration with After Effects and Premiere
  • Must have experience/work well with large file transfers and familiarity in exporting to a multitude of platforms, out-of-home and broadcast outputs
  • Must be a creative problem solver; when the answer isnโ€™t given to you, you must be able to find your own
  • Must be familiar with UI/UX design and understand how function informs great design
  • Must be living in NYC 3 days in office hybrid work schedule
  • Must be a fan of Sports, particularly Baseball and Baseball Fandom

Key Skills
