Product Designer II

The Senior Product Designer will focus on designing engaging and intuitive experiences for couriers, optimizing their routes, income, and time management. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine and implement design concepts that meet business and user objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on user interfaces and experiences on different devices, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver a high standard of user-centric design
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, and design seamless user experiences
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process
• Participate in user research and usability testing, integrating user feedback into design improvements
• Support the maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across all user touchpoints
• Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements
• Contribute to the culture of innovation and continuous learning within the design team

Requirements

• 4+ years in high-performance design teams
• Strong expertise in web, interaction, visual, and information design
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven
• Fluent in Spanish with basic English proficiency
