Senior Product Designer - PerfectScale (EMEA)

Lead the end-to-end product design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused solutions. Advocate for user experience and contribute to the design system while ensuring design fidelity during implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver impactful, user-focused solutions.
• Create high-quality design artifacts, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and specifications.
• Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into continuous design improvements.
• Advocate for the user experience across all product decisions, ensuring designs are both functional and visually engaging.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, promoting design consistency and scalability across the product.
• Work closely with engineers during implementation to ensure design fidelity and high-quality execution.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience designing digital products, ideally within SaaS or tech environments.
• Proven mastery of Figma and prototyping tools, with a strong ability to produce polished, consistent, and organized design outputs.
• Expertise across multiple design disciplines, including interaction, visual, and information design, as well as research and prototyping.
• Experience leading or contributing to design system initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, and leadership.
• A creative mindset, curiosity for innovation, and a willingness to challenge conventional approaches.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong UX/UI expertise and end-to-end product design projects.
