Sr Product Designer, Growth Acquisition (Remote - EMEA, US or Canada)

Design and iterate on high-impact acquisition flows to improve user signup and onboarding experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into data-informed design solutions that drive user acquisition and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to design and iterate on high-impact acquisition flows that improve signup, onboarding, and team-invite experiences.
- Develop hypotheses, define measurable success metrics, and validate solutions through experimentation and user testing.
- Create user flows, prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate intent and improve user conversion.
- Collaborate across product teams to standardize growth methodologies and share best practices for user acquisition and onboarding.
- Conduct research and usability testing to uncover pain points and deliver design improvements grounded in user insight.
- Contribute to the evolution of the product’s design system, ensuring scalable and consistent user experiences.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align design strategy with growth goals and customer needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or Growth Designer, with a strong focus on acquisition, onboarding, or conversion optimization.
- Understanding of product experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven design principles.
- Experience conducting user research and usability studies to inform design decisions.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent visual design capabilities and deep knowledge of design systems.
- Familiarity with SaaS or DevSecOps environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to present design rationale and advocate for the user experience.
