Senior Product Designer, Loom

The Senior Product Designer will deliver Loom integrations within the Atlassian product suite, focusing on end-to-end design from recording to playback. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences through asynchronous video.
Responsibilities
- Impact millions of users globally by empowering them to maximize the full potential of Loom and Atlassian products
- Lead and deliver complex and high-impact product design projects
- Contribute to Loom's strategy on how Loom works better with other Atlassian and external products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Research, Design, Marketing, and Data Science
- Conduct user research using various methods and principles
- Contribute to the Design System by creating new components, templates, and guidelines
- Mentor designers and contribute to cultivating a design culture
Requirements
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Product Design
- An outstanding portfolio with case studies showcasing typography, interaction, visual design, product sense, and idea generation
- Strong UX-design skillset including user research, persona development, concept modeling, flow diagrams, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping
- Proficiency in iterative design processes
- Experience in conducting and applying user research
- Experience collaborating with a diverse team in a rapid growth environment
- A learning and growth mindset
