The Product Designer will lead the design, delivery, and maintenance of Betfair International Gaming assets, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. They will advocate for user-centered design and help improve the community of practice by understanding customer needs and facilitating ideation sessions.
Responsibilities
- Working across International and UKI multi-disciplinary teams.
- Partnering closely with Designers, Product, and Commercial to find engaging practical solutions to design challenges.
- Deeply understanding the customers you're designing for through user research sessions, insights gathering, and lightweight research.
- Helping raise the bar of design by advocating for user centred design and continually improving the community of practice.
- Using facilitation know-how to run engaging ideation sessions and design workshops.
- Proactively seeking out and providing feedback to continually raise the bar for quality.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of industry standard Digital Design software including Figma, Zeplin, Miro, and Sketch.
- Knowledge of working with Component libraries and Design systems would be an advantage.
