Design features and experiences across multiple products while balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive product discovery and deliver high-impact design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work with a team of product/ux designers to design features and experiences across multiple products, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive product discovery, define success criteria, and deliver high-impact design solutions.
- Create design artifacts at varying levels of fidelity: user flows, low-fi wireframes, journey maps, interactive prototypes, and polished UI mockups.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights through sense-making documentation and user journey modeling.
- Contribute to and evolve shared design systems and pattern libraries to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
- Develop and deliver production-ready assets and design specifications with organized documentation for engineering handoff.
- Use tools such as Figma, Whimsical, SVGator, Lottie, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to bring ideas to life with visual precision and optional animation.
- Support inclusive, responsive design that works across devices, platforms, and user contexts.
- Champion accessibility, color, typography, and micro-copy to ensure designs are inclusive and polished.
- Apply analytics tools and user feedback methodologies to inform and validate design decisions.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of professional experience in product design, preferably within web or SaaS platforms.
- Strong system design experience with the ability to build and follow scalable design systems.
- Deep fluency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and design tools like Whimsical, SVGator, After Effects, or Lottie.
- Expertise in UX fundamentals: persona creation, JTBD analysis, user interviews, journey mapping, and user testing methodologies.
- Proven ability to balance broad, exploratory ideation with focused execution and iteration.
- Excellent visual design skills across layout, color theory, typography, and UI refinement.
- Demonstrated professionalism in behavior, communication, and team collaboration.
- Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills to support clear design delivery and stakeholder alignment.
