Senior Product Designer

Take ownership of the user experience for a specific product area, from concept to launch. Conduct user research and create design artifacts to build consensus and ensure high-quality implementation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the user experience for a specific product area, from concept to launch
• Conduct user research when necessary, including interviews and usability testing, to inform your designs
• Create design artifacts that build consensus - wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure your designs are implemented to a high standard
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Champion a user-centric design culture within the organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role
• A strong portfolio showcasing your product design process and demonstrating your ability to solve complex problems on a variety of device types and surfaces
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools
• Experience designing for B2B or complex enterprise applications is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A strong bias for action, self direction, and a knack for thriving in a fast-paced environment
