Responsibilities
- Lead design for AI-focused features, including survey generation, adaptive follow-up questions, and open-text analysis
- Translate complex systems into user-friendly, reliable, and fast experiences
- Design interfaces that guide users through new workflows and interactions with confidence
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to define scope and ship quickly
- Run customer interviews and usability tests to validate concepts and improve UX
- Contribute to Sprig’s design system with patterns that support AI use cases
- Push design quality across AI surfaces and influence future roadmap direction
Requirements
- 5 or more years of product design experience at SaaS or data-rich software companies
- Portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end ownership, strong UX instincts, and ability to simplify complexity
- Experience designing intelligent systems or AI/ML-powered tools is a strong plus
- Comfortable leading your own customer research, testing, and iteration cycles
- Skilled in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Collaborative, curious, and excited to explore emerging technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Driven to move quickly and take full ownership of your work
