Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will partner with various teams to define, test, and oversee the execution of in-product experiences for monetization. This includes collaborating on user onboarding experiences and ensuring design quality aligns with the client's standards.
Responsibilities
- Partner with PM and User Research to define, test, iterate, and oversee the execution of Dash's in-product experiences for monetization
- Partner with GTM & Content Design to define communications related to free and paid experiences
- Work with the Growth engineering team to understand constraints and ensure feasibility
- Work with other Dash product designers to define visual systems for monetization
- Partner with the client's product & design partners to define flows and experiences for pricing pages, checkout flows, and account management
- Partner with the client's brand teams to design usable and feasible pricing and plan designs
- Deliver onboarding experiences in line with Dropbox's high bar for quality and design standards
Requirements
- 7-8 years of product design, including interaction & visual design
- Excellent product design with solid interaction and visual design skills, including experience with prototyping
- Clear, compelling presentation and communication style
- Steadfast empathy for users
- Experience with Figma
- Consumer-facing product experience
- Demonstrated skills for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
